One to One Support

What this services offers

Smokefree Pregnancy Services is a tailor made free service to help all pregnant women who want to stop smoking. The stop smoking midwife will provide relaxed, friendly advice and support. They will also discuss the use of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) in pregnancy and can provide information about effective ways to stop smoking. The midwife can also provide help for other family member who want to quit.

One to one support is provided by the stop smoking midwife at a time that suits you.

Smokefree Pregnancy Services can be contacted Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with voice-mail service outwith these hours.
