What this services offers

The NHS Grampian Smoking Advice Service offers Community based 'Intensive' stop smoking support. Support is available to suit the individual and can be provided face-to-face in either group sessions or on a one-to-one basis. Most commonly, support is provided via 7 weekly sessions of 1 hour, facilitated by a trained stop smoking advisor at local venues across Grampian. If preferred, telephone support can also be arranged. Advice on all aspects of stopping smoking and treatments to such as Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), are provided.
