It's important to give yourself time to really think through what it's going to be like giving up. What times of the day will you miss smoking the most? How will you manage stress without cigarettes? What will you do to fill the gap? Here are some pointers on choosing a good time to give up, choosing a way to give up that's right for you, and why not use our quit checklist to make sure you've thought of everything. Make a plan, and it's a lot easier to make it happen!
