Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to residents of Scotland only. Prize can only be sent to a valid Scottish address.
  2. Entrants must be over 18, not employees (or members of their families) of the Scottish Government, or anyone connected with the draw.
  3. Only one entry per person permitted.
  4. Entry to the competition is free. No purchase necessary.
  5. Entry is by a multiple choice question and is available at roadshows only. There is one prize of either an iPod Touch (64GB) or XBox 360 + Kinect to be won.
  6. By entering the competition you are agreeing to accept these full terms and conditions.
  7. The competition will run from Monday 7 January to Saturday 16 February 2013. The prize winner will be selected on Monday 25 February 2013 and be notified via telephone or email by Thursday 28 February 2013. The winner will be given ten days to respond and claim their prize before a second winner is chosen. The prize will then be sent to the confirmed winner by courier or special delivery.
  8. If yours is the first correct entry drawn on Monday 25 February 2013 you will receive your choice of either an iPod Touch (64GB) or XBox 360 + Kinect.
  9. An independent person will make the draw. The judge's decision is final. The winner's name can be requested by emailing phil@promovere.co.uk after the competition closing date.
  10. The Scottish Government and Promovere are compliant with the Data Protection Act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. Promovere is acting as the Scottish Government's agency.
  11. Agreeing to be contacted for research purposes places no obligation by the entrant to take part in the actual research.
