Details

Smokers in Highland should ring 0845 757 3077 for information of local services. This is a centralised number for the entire region. Smokers ringing this number will be signposted to a local smoking cessation advisor and/or trained pharmacist who will provide information on the specialist service available in their area. These sessions provide one-to-one support and are be run by specially trained staff in local Health Clinics. Home visits can be arranged if required. A Midwifery Smoking Cessation Specialist is available for pregnant women - contact main service for details.

Using the service

Times: Calls will be answered Mon-Thurs 10am-4pm and Fri 10am-1pm. Outwith these hours, there is an answer phone facility to allow smokers to leave their contact details so that someone can get back to them.
